A Photographers Wedding Gift

A Photographers Wedding Gift

As a wedding photographer, my job truly begins after the day is over. I mean, lets face it, the actual photography part is super fun and fast paced and it’s finished in the blink of an eye.

But the photos, as you’ve no doubt heard before, are the one lasting memory of such a momentous occasion. So it goes without saying that as a professional, the editing process and the printing process are really important for the longevity of the photographs.

All of the wedding collections I offer, include the high resolution, digital files, place on USB but I also like to surprise each and every one of my couples with something more. Something beautiful. Something they can share and show others for years to come. Sometimes it’s something the hang on the wall, sometimes it’s something to look through, sometime it’s something to hand out.

The gift I give to my clients on top of their photos, is never ‘stock standard’. I look at the beautiful products I have and select something applicable and appropriate for each wedding coverage and style.

I recently photographed Kellie and Danny. They live on a cattle farm just near Gympie in a small town called Kybong. With the Mary River flowing through and the gorgeous green sloping hills and valley’s, their wedding was nothing short of amazing. So I was wondering what to send them and then I settled on something I believe, is truly beautiful and truly them.

A vintage leather pouch, enveloping 20 Art prints with a hand-stamped cow subtly placed on the leather and USB. The photographic prints are something new in itself. The art paper is ink based and the pigment embeds into the paper. It is exquisite, giving the images a sharpness and clarity I have never seen using any other paper.

This is seriously why I love what I do. I put every single piece of energy into every component from start to delivery. If you would love the same effort from your wedding photographer, you can enquire with me here…

I hope you enjoy checking out Kellie and Danny’s gift here…
